2027 Winter Vegetable Conference & Trade Show

You are invited to attend the 59th Annual Meeting of the N.C. Tomato Growers Association and “Winter Vegetable Conference”

The N.C. Tomato Growers Association would like to invite you to attend, exhibit and sponsor the 59th Annual Meeting of the North Carolina Tomato Growers Association (NCTGA) and the “Winter Vegetable Conference & Trade Show” at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Asheville, North Carolina on Wednesday and Thursday, February 17th & 18th, 2027. Come and help us celebrate our 59th annual meeting!!

New this year, we will have a dedicated trade show with room for up to 60 vendors booths and large equipment. We will also be hosting a Low Country Boil Banquet on Wednesday evening with a sponsored bar, and an opportunity for Gold sponsors to address attendees at the dinner with company information. Sponsor recognition will be held throughout the conference to highlight our gold and silver sponsors. Any sponsorship of Bronze and above is invited to display equipment, in addition to an indoor exhibit space. Please see the enclosed letter explaining sponsorship levels and opportunities.

The Low Country Boil Banquet is a chance to network with farmers and we kindly ask that you please schedule your client meetings either during lunch Wednesday or during lunch or dinner on Thursday, not to conflict with our banquet Wednesday night. We will be having a live auction and a silent auction on Wednesday evening, and we extend an invitation to you to be a contributor to these auctions for 2027. NCTGA supports future generations of farmers with an endowment fund used to offer merit/need-based scholarships.

Previous contributions allowed us to award one $3,000 scholarships to a deserving student in 2026.

Exhibitors may begin setting up displays from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17th. Set-up should be complete by 8:30 a.m. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. All exhibitor levels include an associate membership for your company, two (or more) representative registrations (valued at $90 each) for the conference and one 6’x6′ exhibit space at the conference trade show. A six-foot table, draped with a tablecloth, will be available for your indoor display.

We are planning a great educational program with a variety of training sessions going on during the conference. Continuing education pesticide credit opportunities will also be available to attendees. Classes begin Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 pm. The schedule will be posted on our website closer to the event.
